Orders are produced and shipped via Printful or Contrado, depending on the product. After the order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days.
Printful delivery times (after shipping):
Netherlands & EU: 3–8 business days
UK & US: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 7–15 business days
Contrado delivery times (after shipping):
Netherlands & EU: 3–7 business days
UK: 1–3 business days
US & Canada: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 7–14 business days
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the checkout process and depend on your location and the selected product.

Customs & import duties — Orders placed outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. By C Studio has no control over these charges.
Delays — Delivery times may be longer during busy periods (holidays, sales) or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated as best we can.
Lost package? — Please contact us at info@by-c-studio.com with your order number. We will resolve the issue together with the supplier.
