Returns & Exchanges
Because all our products are uniquely made to order (Print on Demand), we do not hold any stock. Each item is only produced once you place your order. This is highly sustainable, but it does mean that returned products cannot go back to a warehouse or factory.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason.
How does returning work?
Register your return: Send an email within 14 days of receipt to info@by-c-studio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You can also use the withdrawal button on our website.
Send the product back: You are responsible for carefully packaging and returning the product.
Return address: Returns cannot be sent to the factory abroad. Please send the product to our Dutch address:

Important conditions & Costs
Return costs are at the customer's expense: The cost of returning your item from your home to our address is entirely at your own expense. Within the Netherlands, costs are approximately €4.25 for a letterbox parcel or €6.95 for a standard parcel via PostNL. For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs back to our address in the Netherlands are also at the customer's expense. Please note that international return shipping rates are generally higher than domestic rates and vary by country and carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
Condition of the product: The product must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. If a product is damaged or has been worn, we reserve the right to charge for any loss in value.
Refund: Once we have received the product in good condition at our Dutch address, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any outbound shipping costs paid) within 14 days.
Damaged product or production error?
Did something go wrong during production or delivery? Is the print incorrect or was the product delivered damaged? Please do not return it straight away!
In that case, we can resolve it more quickly: Take a clear photo of the damage or production error within 7 days of receipt. Email this photo along with your order number to info@by-c-studio.com. After review, we will either issue a full refund or send a free replacement. You do not need to return the product in this case.
