By C Studio is my small design studio where I create cheerful surface patterns, inspired by nature and the seasons. These patterns can be printed on cushions, phone cases, and more.

Where are your products made?
Each product is made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners. This helps reduce waste and ensures your items are made especially for you.

Orders and products

How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite product, customize it, and securely complete your order. It's that simple!

Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact me quickly if needed!

Do you also offer custom designs?
Not currently, but I'm always open to suggestions for future collections!

Shipping and delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

To most countries worldwide. Shipping usually takes place near your location for faster and cheaper delivery.

How long does shipping take?

• Netherlands and EU: 3-8 business days

• UK & US: 5-10 business days

• Worldwide: 7-15 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns and issues

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Our products are made to order and cannot be returned to our production partner.

Email info@by-c-studio.com with your order number and the products you want to return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our address in the Netherlands. Please see our return policy for the full conditions.

 

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please email me a photo within 7 days, and I will send a replacement product or refund the purchase price.
