What is By C Studio®?
By C Studio is my small design studio where I create cheerful surface pattern designs inspired by nature and the seasons — all printed on pillows, phone cases, and more.

Where are your products made?
Each product is made-to-order via trusted print-on-demand partners. This helps reduce waste and allows your items to be made just for you.

How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite product, customize it, and checkout securely. Simple!

Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can only be made within 2 hours of purchase. Contact me quickly if needed!

Do you offer custom designs?
Not at the moment, but I’m always open to suggestions for future collections!

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
Most countries worldwide. Fulfillment is done close to your location for faster, lower-cost delivery.

How long does shipping take?

• Netherlands & EU: 3–8 business days

• UK & US: 5–10 business days

• Worldwide: 7–15 business days​

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Issues

Can I return or exchange a product?
Since everything is made-to-order, I can’t accept returns. But if there’s any issue with your order, I’ll do my best to help.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Email me within 7 days with a photo, and I’ll send a replacement or refund where needed.
